设计初衷

对待新家的规划憧憬，每位不同的业主总是会有自己选择设计师的标准和要求，本案的业主也是在武汉市场上同比接触过很多装修公司与设计公司，那么对于私宅的设计，我们团队更多思考的是从客户的心理感受做为切入点来做整体考虑。

从设计师的角度而言，每一个不同的作品创作都意味深长，但是居家之所始终是以居住者的使用习惯为核心出发，在每次接触过程中我们详细了解业主一家四口的不同喜好和需求，不断满足和筑建一个理想住宅，逐步的让平凡的生活景象在业主面前展露出深邃、优美、灵动的面貌。

原始结构

·痛点：入户门厅拥有一条过于细长的过道；平面功能布置上主卧收纳空间不足，原本格局主卧室房门的布局不太合理；儿童房空间尺寸偏小，有局促感，不满足日常的使用功能性分配。

·亮点：餐厅利于飘窗结合岛台设计，合理划分中厨与西厨的功能，大大满足收纳以及电器设备的设计；客厅沙发背景与房间直接的穿插采光设计，增加空间趣味性；主卧与女儿房之间墙面的切分满足主卧收纳及女儿房的书桌功能；利用过道空间来解决收纳问题。

客厅空间

SITTING ROOM

林徽因曾说：“用心灵的眼睛回望往事，便会发现生活”。本案位于武汉市华侨城原岸，属于东湖风景区 5A 级别的高端风景住宅，坐拥东湖美景之外，以北岸的优渥地势，承载着生活美好去感受。品尝过生活的果实之后，那些在生活中生发的情感仍然不曾消逝，在那花瓣上一层层地，浸染出独一无二的颜色。

Lin Huiyin once said, "If you look back at the past with the eyes of the soul, you will find life." This case is located in the original shore of Wuhan OCT, which belongs to the high-end landscape residence of the 5A level of East Lake Scenic Area. Besides the beautiful view of East Lake, the superior terrain of the north shore carries the good life to feel. After tasting the fruits of life, those in the life of the emotional hair still did not die, in the petals layer upon layer, a unique color.

设计的本质就是服务生活，木心曾经说，生命好在无意义，才容得下各自赋予意义，这赋予意义的最好方式大概就是每个人各自对待生活的兴趣。本案的整体效果上没有考虑过多的造型，通过简洁的设计手法，用线条的穿插将空间立体感呈现，白色搭配原木色的清新，让空间通透优雅，引入自然的空间气息，延续自然柔和的主色调，交错柔曼光影。软装搭配松软的布艺家具、北欧的粗粝陶器和花物共同点缀客厅空间，创造出一种可感知的、充满生活品味的状态。

Soft furnishings, soft fabric furniture, heavy Nordic pottery and flowers work together to decorate the living room space, creating a perceptible state full of life taste.

客厅空间的过渡，引入自然光线，光影韵韵，造型规整，无边框的电视嵌入到整面大理石背景墙上，形制高洁，色沈而雅，美观怡人。

室内轻灵而沉静的精神和气度无声地滋养着我们的身心，现代人繁忙生活之余，不妨僻出一方空间，安置满腹的思绪和难得的清净。空间以柔和的中性色调为基础，通过线性的线条、灯具、家具的质地、简洁的饰品等表达来融合现代元素的风格塑造。丰富空间的主次关系同时，提升风格的气质，收获一种平淡清澄的美好。

The space is based on soft neutral tones, and the style of modern elements is shaped through the expression of linear lines, lamps, furniture texture, simple ornaments and so on. Enrich the primary and secondary relationship of the space at the same time, enhance the temperament of the style, and harvest a kind of plain and clear beauty.

餐厨空间

DINING ROOM

餐厅结合中西文化的生活习惯提出联合岛台一体化设计，在这个空间不仅可以洗菜备餐，更可以作为多功能的吧台、办公桌、餐桌使用。明确空间的使用功能之外，作为家庭最重要的枢纽，它最好地消除了区域性的阻隔和情感的缔结，平日里，美食与爱都是与家人甜蜜的日常互动。私宅的特殊性，也是在于此，所以比较考究设计师在思考平面方案时，所用的巧妙心思。

Dining room combines the living habits of Chinese and Western culture to propose the design of united island integration. In this space, it can not only wash dishes and prepare meals, but also serve as a multi-functional bar counter, desk, and table. Besides the clear use function of the space, as the most important hub of the family, it best eliminates the regional barrier and the conclusion of emotion. On daily days, food and love are sweet daily interactions with the family. The particularity of private houses lies in this, so more elegant designers in thinking about the plane scheme, the ingenious idea used.

比起日常生活的琐碎，工作的烦扰，更令人喜爱的应该是温柔地生活，一寸一寸地包裹着我们。

Compared with the daily life trivial, the work of disturbing, more people should be fond of the gentle life inch by inch to wrap us.

卧室空间

卧室设计，回归最本质的功能需求，主人公的生活习惯跟心理感受是希望这个空间淳朴自然，所以我们选用的色调也是柔和，结合人在这个空间的舒适度来作为设计的衡量尺度。整排衣柜极大满足了储物要求，在闲适安静的环境中，日常疲惫的心灵也容易得到慰藉。

Bedroom design, return to the most essential functional needs, the hero’s living habits and psychological feelings is to hope that this space is simple and natural, so we choose the tone is soft, combined with the comfort of people in this space as a measure of design. Whole wardrobe was satisfied to store content requirement greatly, in leisurely and comfortable quiet environment, the heart of daily exhaustion also gets comfort easily.

女儿房

Daughter room

视线来到儿童房空间，女儿房也是借助现代的设计语言诠释空间的干净。我们没有过多的表达造型或者其他的元素使用，以居住的心理感受为出发，完善日常的学习功能与休息的舒适性来诠释。

The line of sight comes to the children’s room space. The daughter’s room is also with the help of modern design language to interpret the clean space. We do not express too much modeling or other elements to use, to the psychological feeling of living, improve the daily learning function and rest comfort to interpret.

男孩房

男孩房偏向平和的气质，虽然我们平时大多数看到的主题都是有的孩子喜欢超级英雄，有些孩子沉迷于童话故事，但是创作这个空间就是保持干净，简单美好的创造来表达舒适。

The boys’ room tends to be peaceful. Although most of the themes we see at ordinary times are that some children like superheroes and some children are addicted to fairy tales, the creation of this space is to keep it clean and simple to express comfort.
