Joyland Binjiang One, located in the core prosperous highland of Jiulong Lake Binjiang, is located at the intersection of Shangrao Street and Yayao Road in Jiulong Lake. With scarcity value and advanced international operation model, it aggregates business district resources with a scale of 100 billion yuan. It aims to be regional riverside vertical urban complex, rejuvenating the riverside life of Jiulong Lake.

项目占位西客站，咫尺上饶大街主干道，紧邻地铁2、4号线，以速达全城的便利，成就滨江生活的美好未来。

举步绿地博览城，万达茂等大型商业，更有自建垂直商业体及漫步式风情街区，紧邻省外国语学校、省一附院、省妇保、南昌国际体育中心、省艺术歌剧院等省级人文休闲配套，以引领城市之姿，畅享繁华都市生活。

中奥滨江one，12万方滨江垂直城市综合体，集3万㎡一线滨江宽景观邸、约7万㎡缤纷全能公寓、约2万㎡漫步式风情商业街于一体，将住宅、公寓、酒店、办公商业等多元业态纵向集合，打造集吃喝玩乐购于一体的紧凑型城市综合体，以立体垂直商业生态，焕彩滨江也为南昌人生活增添新意。

The project occupies the West Railway Station, close to the main road of Shangrao Street, and close to Metro Lines 2 and 4, so as to quickly reach the whole city conveniently and achieve a bright future for Binjiang life.

Joyland Binjiang One, a 120,000-square-meter riverside vertical urban complex, integrates a 30,000-square-meter first-line riverside landscape mansion, a colorful and versatile apartment of about 70,000 square meters, and a stroll-style commercial street of about 20,000 square meters. With vertical collection of diversified business formats such as residential, apartment, hotel, office and business, the project creates a compact urban complex integrating eating, drinking, entertainment and shopping.

我们在设计中集结交互元素，融入关怀和温度，氤氲生活方式场景氛围，旨在为每一个人营造归属感。

We integrate interactive elements, infuse a breath of warmness through colors and installations into the commercial space, in order to create a sense of belonging for everyone.

03. 氛围打造-科技感与烟火气并存

COMMERCIAL ATMOSPHERE

乐子设计通过基础营造＋故事赋予的双重营造，对2万㎡漫步式风情商业街的进行氛围提升，每一处布局的潜心思考，每一隅生活智慧的倾力打造，拒绝审美疲劳，营造视觉亮点，将科技感和烟火气毫不违和地交融在空间中，让商业街或将引领南昌人居精致主义“新时代”。

Las Design enhances the atmosphere of the stroll-style commercial street through installation construction and story telling, rejecting aesthetic fatigue, creating visual highlights, and blending technology and urban life in the space without violation, so that the commercial street may lead the "new era" of Nanchang’s residential life.

READY TO START A SPACE JOURNEY?

太空人静坐在上饶大街和城运路交汇的入口，地面和连廊上的渐变灯光装置不停变幻犹如璀璨星河，共同打造出的沉浸式空间，让人近距离感受科技、时尚、艺术等带来的魅力，实现仿佛漫步银河之上的超现实未来感体验，从而引发人们对宇宙的向往及感悟，让人直呼“圆了整个青少年时期的太空梦”。

The astronaut installation sits quietly at the entrance of the intersection of Shangrao Street and Chengyun Road.

The gradient light installations on the ground and corridors constantly change like a dazzling galaxy.

The immersive space allows people to feel the charm of technology, fashion and art at close range, offering a surreal futuristic experience as if walking on the Milky Way.

It arouses people’s yearning and perception of the universe, and completes the dream of space in their youth.

探索内里的别有洞天...

TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR OWN JOURNEY

从超现实未来的入口进入后，内广场并未按照预期般得天马行空，而是将未来感与现实烟火接轨，开启别有洞天的移步换景体验。

After entering the commercial street, the inner square is not as exaggerated as expected, but integrates the sense of the future with the realistic life, offering a unique experience of moving and changing sceneries.

内广场大台阶上的月球灯和绿植在夜晚中宛如人间仙境一般迷人，同时还呼应着入口处的宇宙银河，点亮了空间主题。

The moon lights and green plants on the large steps of the inner square are as charming as a fairyland on earth at night, and at the same time echo the cosmic galaxy at the entrance, emphasizing the theme of the space.

彩虹连廊装饰蕴意四季景致常在，是对美好生活的向往。色彩斑斓、美妙无比，是世间万象也是都市人生百味，将人间烟火注入了广场的各个角落。

The rainbow corridor means that the scenery of the four seasons is always present, and it is the yearning for a better life.

店招的设计提取由文化衍生的城市烟火气息和漫生活经典的视觉形象，形成了以明亮色彩相互碰撞搭配而成的主色调，极强的辨识度和色彩冲击强化了整体的明快氛围，呈现出漫生活风格特点的烟火市集，在极致纯粹的空间观感下，营造出轻松享乐的都市年轻生态场。

The signage design extracts the urban life derived from city culture, and forms the main color of the collision and matching of bright colors. The strong recognition and color impact strengthen the overall lively atmosphere, creating a relaxed and enjoyable urban young ecological field under the extremely pure space perception.
