荥阳地处黄河中下游分界处，西望洛阳，南眺嵩山，北濒黄河，东接郑州，蕴山水之灵秀，涵文脉之厚重，自古有“东都襟带、三秦咽喉”之称。远洋·沁山水尊重地域风貌，师法自然造化，汲取天地山水等自然元素与中国传统建筑美学，加以简化、解构、丰富，将传统文化与现代审美相结合，“取其神而忘其形”，打造更适合现代人的中式生活方式，营造建筑与自然的和谐共生。

蒋勋在《品味四讲》中说：“生活的美学是对过去旧有延续下来的秩序有一种尊重。”中式古典建筑的线条多中庸，重柔和，而远洋·沁山水取“神”去“形”，代入现代建筑线条的简洁直率。素色的接待台白若宣纸，肌理自然匀称，数枝松绿色的花束斜插在水墨花瓶中，勾勒出自然灵动的浓淡韵律。以壁为纸，山石自然的层次堆叠出“米氏云山”的笔法意境，边缘为线，本色为墨，虚实变换的云山打破平面和立体空间的维度界限。简约的吊灯光线氤氲，为山石增添朦胧湿润的云雾之象，契合本案平远淡然的生活美学。

生活亦是丹青，坦荡得一如清水时，就会看到最美的东西。

时光知味，岁月沉香。白色的沙发和灰色座椅线条简洁流畅，基调延续水墨气韵。简约的置物架利落地区隔空间区域，清新的绿植和书籍填写出一阕抑扬的诗词。坐于宽敞明亮的窗前，纱帘半遮，庭前有修竹,清风自吹拂。

水吧区水吧区延续整个空间简约空灵的设计观感，黑白灰的色彩组合呈现出开朗明快的基调。绿色植物的布置极简克制，空间的气韵轻灵流动。通透流畅的水晶吊灯运用圆润的石头造型，光线琳琅满目，为空间洒满灿烂的星光。一杯清茶，一卷闲书，繁华尽处，是一泓源头之水。
