暖风晴雨初破冻，春水初生；冉冉梢头绿，春林初盛；婷婷花下人，巧笑嫣然；春风十里也不如你！人生几何，得一此居，上下同堂，妻儿嬉戏，便是家，春风十里也不如你！

此项目位于江南名城，东吴之地——无锡，小区地处梁溪区茂业商业城周边，闹中取静，业主楼层属于顶复另加顶楼露台，总计三层。

本案男业主毕业于澳大利亚某著名大学，获得博士学位，创办了自己的科技公司，也是国家重点支持的高科技人才。主要从事物联网相关的工作，最近一直筹备公司上市。由于之前的经历，虽然人到中年，但思想很开放，能接受新鲜事物，很正直，属于完美主义者（有时他的火爆脾气还是很可爱的，但从来没和朱老师怼过）。

在进门原本空中花园空间，做一个相对独立的整理区，设计感十足的挂钩，雨伞架，鞋柜，换鞋凳，衣柜，穿衣镜，墙面饰品点缀等，在进家的瞬间都可以解决所有的功能整理及审美需求，并大大提升整理需求的品质感。

西厨东南侧便是尺度宜人的会客区，沙发背后的整面装饰柜，虚实之间的关系，让会客区成为空间的重点并得到强化，主体位于客厅中心位置，打破传统沙发靠墙的手法，让客厅变得更自由和灵动，不拘泥于单板，随后可拿的书籍然后落坐于沙发，便是休闲舒适的美好情境。

楼梯和电视背景的有机结合增强楼梯入口的尺度感以及共享空间的整体感，电视背景的柜体设计解决了电视在客厅的视觉平衡关系，同时增强客厅的整体收纳问题，然后经过楼梯入口处后，映入眼帘的便是整个共享空间，放大了整体视觉感受。

沙发背后的整面装饰柜，虚实之间的关系，强化了作为空间重点的会客区域。主体位于客厅中心位置，打破传统沙发靠墙的手法，让客厅变得更自由和灵动，不拘泥不呆板，随手可拿的书籍然后落坐于沙发，营造休闲舒适的美好情境。

进入共享空间左侧便是原本餐厅区后期改造成西厨区，飘窗巧妙设计增加了收纳同时加大了西厨的操作面，根本上解决了原本厨房空间局促的缺点，同时增加共享空间生活方式的多样性，早餐，简单烹饪，聚会等，透过西厨直面便是餐厅，原本餐厅区域是一个密闭空间，经过结构的打开，成为客厅与餐厅，餐厅与西厨及中厨的两条轴线关系，大大增强原本光线不是很好的客厅，也同时加大了整个共享空间的尺度感，餐厅旁的大面积窗户，挑远望去便是小区的绿化景观，就餐也可以享受绿荫葱葱，小鸟鸣叫。

进过二楼楼梯便是进入二层，简单扶手作为墙面的点缀也作为功能性使用，感应地脚灯的设计让居住者在夜晚行走时得到便利性。大片玻璃栏杆的设计让空间视线尺度变大。

进入二楼平台，左侧便是女儿房入口，入口隐藏门与整面柜体门的统一设计，增加二层的储藏收纳，也可以增强整体感。女儿房采用两片弧形围合性设计，减弱床后片墙的中心位置，同时进门瞬间起到视觉和心理的缓冲感！
