现代都市中的人们对于元气的理解，更多的应该是追求人与自然的亲近，人与自然的平衡与交流。基于这样的解读，我们的设计师将自然幻化为色彩、线条与形状。在老龄化已经到来的大时代背景下，希望塑造一个全龄社区范本。

用一朵蒲公英做引子，展开空间的描摹，让每一个步入者都能感受到自然的力量。

传说每棵蒲公英的种子里都藏着一个愿望精灵，他们得到了大地的赐予，背负着让许愿人得到幸福的使命来到人间，不记尊贵的身份，甘心做一棵平凡且不被人注意的蒲公英，倔强地等待着许愿人的到来，直到被许愿人赋予希望，吹散，重新落入土中，将人的愿望种下，当它长成新蒲公英时，许愿人的愿望就会实现。

设计上着眼于当代人的精神诉求，弱化传统售楼处的商业性质，融合城市地域文化。

The design focuses on the spiritual demands of contemporary people, weakens the commercial nature of traditional sales offices, and integrates urban regional culture.

将空间陈设成轻松、灵性与意趣的场景，带给人以美的愉悦感受，同时赋予空间更具深度的多维认知与感悟，使空间真正成为生活的一部分，着力营造与自然共生的独特生活方式，是对打造康养旅居的憧憬，也是对理想生活产生新的记忆与联想。“纳自然之形，建空间之意”，我们希望未来的社区主人都可以在这繁华都市中寻迹一处属于自己的安宁，自由自在，无拘无束，悠然自得地度过一生。

从当地丰富的自然环境中提取阳光、流水、蒲公英、山石、茶，几种自然元素作为空间的灵感来源，展开设计贯穿空间。
