记忆重生 · 盐城新天地书局的老建筑新生命丨中国盐城丨G.ART 集艾设计

建筑可以修造，但回忆不能。人们寄托于老建筑的那份情感记忆，及其被时间赋予的历史价值，同“老建筑”难以匹配时代需求的功能性之间，并非不可调和。“城市更新”秉持“以人为本”的初衷，着力激发都市活力，实现协调、可持续的“有机更新”。

Buildings can be built, but memories cannot. The emotional memory people place on the old buildings and the historical value given by time are not irreconcilable with the functionality of the "old buildings" which is difficult to match the needs of the times. "Urban renewal" adheres to the original intention of "people-oriented", and strives to stimulate urban vitality and achieve coordinated and sustainable "organic renewal".

江苏省盐城市老肉联厂曾经人影忙碌，今天荒凉废弃的旧址，见证了一代人的青春奋斗，被时光打磨下生活的痕迹。设计将肉联厂打造为盐城的记忆“地标”——以当代设计观念置入，结合“修旧如旧”的手法，创造“新”功能与“旧”用途之间的强烈冲突；基于“老回忆”之上，叠加“新感官”。

The desolate and abandoned site of Yancheng old meat joint factory in Jiangsu Province, where people were busy, has witnessed the youth struggle of a generation and the traces of life polished by time. The design will build the meat factory into a memory "landmark" of Yancheng - the contemporary design concept is put into the combination of "repairing the old as the old" to create a strong conflict between "new" functions and "old" uses; Based on the "old memories", the "new senses" are superimposed.

拱聚围合，于空间当中再辟空间。顶上开放，把场景的限制感予以排遣，创设令人沉浸的氛围。

The arch gathers and encloses, creating a space in the space. It is open on the top to relieve the sense of limitation of the scene and create an immersive atmosphere.

建筑本身曾是老肉联厂仓库，相对宽敞的空间但层高受限，需对原内部设施作拆除以摆脱其对此间重塑的掣肘。“两层+挑空”的规划，鉴于内高，考虑人的感知体验提升空间利用率；保留三角钢结构顶面，辅以新形态作修饰处理。

The building itself used to be the warehouse of the old meat factory. The space is relatively spacious, but the storey height is limited. The original internal facilities need to be removed to get rid of the constraints on the remodeling of the building. In the planning of "two layers + empty space", in view of the internal height, the perceived experience of people is considered to improve the space utilization rate. The top surface of the triangular steel structure shall be retained, supplemented with a new form for modification.

迈入其中，木色棕咖借老胡桃木质感，铺垫沉稳略带复古基调。中心位置高逾 7 米的木质书架，由大体量强调“体块感”，自成空间“主轴”，衬托场域张力。半弧曲面围绕主轴书架徐徐展开，自然而恰到好处地将水吧区并入书吧当中。灰调暖色为材质镀上一缕旧时光的气韵，随造型走势无声地作用于人的情绪。

Stepping into it, the wood brown coffee borrows the woodiness of old walnut, and the mat is calm and slightly retro. The wooden bookshelf with a height of more than 7 meters in the center emphasizes the "sense of block" from the large volume and forms the "main axis" of the space, setting off the tension of the field. The half arc curved surface slowly unfolds around the main shaft and the bookshelf, naturally and appropriately merging the water bar area into the book bar. The gray warm color gives the material a ray of old time charm, which silently acts on people’s emotions along with the modeling trend.

半弧曲面围绕主轴书架徐徐展开，自然而恰到好处地将水吧区并入书吧当中；灰调暖色为材质镀上一缕旧时光的气韵，随造型走势无声地作用于人的情绪。恰似“记忆的空中飞行”——原始材质结合复古造型创造一种当代与 1968 相连的情感意识。

The half arc surface slowly unfolds around the main shaft and the bookshelf, naturally and appropriately merging the water bar area into the book bar. The gray warm color gives the material a ray of old time charm, which silently acts on people’s emotions along with the modeling trend. Just like "flying in the air of memory" -- the combination of original materials and retro modeling creates a contemporary emotional consciousness connected with 1968.

关于盐城的海盐、肉联厂的记忆投射，则以图片形式，在休息区两侧墙上秩序排列展陈。那些记忆的过往，那渐行渐远的岁月，由照片无声地讲述带着温度湮没于时光流逝的故事。

The memory projection of the sea salt and meat joint factory in Yancheng is displayed in the form of pictures on the walls on both sides of the rest area. Those memories of the past, the years that are gradually away, are silently told by the photos with the temperature annihilated in the passage of time.

由外而视，艺术书吧是二层的“显性”区域；从内仰观，其则消隐结构放大了人的自我感受。透过水泥、木、皮的材质组合、碰撞，在暖调灯光散射下，渲染空间气场，赋予其崭新的叙事视角。

From the outside, the art book bar is the "dominant" area on the second floor; From the inside, the hidden structure enlarges people’s self feeling. Through the material combination and collision of cement, wood and leather, under the scattering of warm light, the space atmosphere is rendered, giving it a brand-new narrative perspective.

常规楼梯尺度在空间内的表达，因划分层高自然产生压迫感，不利于读者长时间停留。选择拓宽平面、降低高度的大面积梯级板，契合空间挑高而将楼梯创设为一处可长时间驻留、阅读的体验区域。

The expression of the conventional stair scale in the space will naturally produce a sense of oppression due to the high level of division, which is not conducive to the long-term stay of the reader. Select the large-area stair board that widens the plane and reduces the height, and create the stair as an experience area that can stay and read for a long time in accordance with the height of the space.

书架相互斜错排列，形成自然蜿转的路径动线，把各区域巧妙地划隔开来；硬朗转折的木质顶饰板融形式于风格中，点亮空间创意强调“表现性”。

The bookshelves are arranged obliquely and staggered, forming a natural winding path and moving line, which cleverly separates each area. The tough and turning wooden top decoration panel is integrated into the style, lighting up the space creativity and emphasizing "expressiveness".
