一代代闽商人将宁夏的黑枸杞、黄芪等特产带出贫瘠的黄土地，在当地炼出金黄的牡丹油。这是数十年不间断的接力协作造就了今天的闽宁一家亲，是现实版的“山海情”。我们有幸为这样的企业做品牌文化塑造，将全新的品牌形象灌注入百年沉淀的上下杭古建筑，是古与今的对话，亦是挑战与矛盾的调和。

Generations of Fujian merchants brought Ningxia’s special products such as black wolfberry and astragalus out of the barren loess land, and refined golden peony oil locally. This is the decades of uninterrupted relay cooperation that has created today’s Minning family, which is the real version of "mountain and sea love". We are fortunate to shape the brand culture for such an enterprise, and infuse a brand new brand image into the ancient buildings of Shangxiahang, which has accumulated over a century. It is a dialogue between the past and the present, and a reconciliation of challenges and contradictions.

宁夏六盘山特产馆是一家专注于高品质宁夏食材的特产馆结合品鉴宁夏滩羊的火锅餐厅。该项目位于福州下杭路 175 号古民居，坐标福州市台江区下杭路中段，北邻下杭路，西临隆平路，东临达道河，坐南朝北。

Ningxia Liupanshan Specialty Products Museum is a hotpot restaurant focusing on high-quality Ningxia ingredients combined with tasting of Ningxia Tanyang. The project is located in the ancient dwelling of No. 175 Xiahang Road, Fuzhou City, located in the middle section of Xiahang Road, Taijiang District, Fuzhou City, north of It is adjacent to Xiahang Road, west to Longping Road, east to Dadao River, facing north.

历史沿革始建于清末民初时期，整体为穿斗式屋架、缝架保存较好，与周边建筑风貌契合，对于研究福州古代民居具有一定的参考机制。身在古街主街中心，同时又是福州的旅游观光游览地，项目也随之定位成休闲美食的场所，以一层购买宁夏特产的当地食品带动二楼品鉴宁夏滩羊的火锅餐厅。

Historical evolution It was built in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. As a whole, it is a bucket-type roof truss and a seam truss is well preserved, which is in line with the surrounding architectural style. It has a certain reference mechanism for the study of ancient Fuzhou dwellings. As a tourist destination in Fuzhou, the project is also positioned as a place for casual delicacies. 该项目的主体是古建筑性质，古民居主座双坡顶，两侧马鞍式山墙，建筑架构工整，保存较好，为登记历史保护文物点，该主街一共有 4 栋历史保护文物点，此为其中一栋。此项目是响应国家号召的扶贫项目，当有情怀的设计师碰上有情怀的项目，设计师希望尽其所能打造，以此带来好的反响，为带动宁夏的经济献出一份绵力。设计师希望通过设计的手法让空间从理性的规划中做出感性的氛围，让顾客在使用中能被环境缓解情绪，享受美食，享受时间。

The main body of the project is the nature of ancient buildings. The main building of the ancient dwellings has a double sloping roof and saddle-style gables on both sides. The building structure is neat and well preserved. In order to register the historically protected cultural relic points, the main street has a total of 4 historically protected cultural relic points. This is one of the buildings. This project is a poverty alleviation project in response to the call of the state. When a sentimental designer encounters a sentimental project, the designer hopes to do his best to build it, so as to bring a good response and drive the development of Ningxia. The economy contributes. The designer hopes that through the design method, the space can create a perceptual atmosphere from rational planning, so that customers can be relieved by the environment during use, enjoy food, and enjoy time.

该项目的主体思想是保护历史文物，在不损坏历史文物的情况下打造空间氛围，给人赏心悦目的感受，结合着风水的理念给该项目做加分，走进项目地让人回味着历史的悠久，古代的匠心与现代时尚、以及福建与宁夏文化差异的完美结合与碰撞，以此做成网红打卡地。

古民居由门头房东西侧屋，进门入户随之而见的宁夏特色滩羊造景与福州当地榕树城市文化特色造景形成从地域文化差异，一目了然直接切入本案主题思想，丰富打造文化内涵。

The ancient dwellings are formed from the east and west side rooms of the door, and the Ningxia characteristic Tanyang landscape and the cultural characteristic landscape of the local banyan tree city in Fuzhou are formed from the regional and cultural differences.

一进门主座，包括披舍与主座，及前天井，主座面阔三开间，穿斗式屋架，双坡顶。主要打造的是福州的闽商文化的展馆结合宁夏特产的展柜，海上丝绸之路与陆上丝绸之路的对照。往里走步入眼帘的是宁夏当地特色，让人仿佛步入宁夏固原，窑洞文化体验当地风土人情。设计师巧妙的突出历史保留完好的滴水瓦，墙帽与磁头的雕花，花线深浮雕，以及屋脊，无疑给该项目做了装饰韵味上的加分，让观者更有看点与赏心悦目。

As soon as you enter the main seat, including the house and the main seat, and the front patio, the main seat is wide with three bays, a bucket-type roof truss, and a double-slope roof. The main building is the exhibition hall of Fuzhou’s Fujian business culture combined with the showcase of Ningxia’s special products, the contrast between the Maritime Silk Road and the Land Silk Road, and the local characteristics of Ningxia can be seen when walking in, which makes people feel like stepping into Guyuan, Ningxia, cave culture experience the local customs. The designer cleverly highlights the well-preserved dripping tiles, the carvings of the wall caps and magnetic heads, the deep relief of the flower lines, and the roof ridge, which undoubtedly add points to the decorative charm of the project, making the view more interesting and pleasing to the eye.

二进包括披舍与主座，及后天井，主座部分面阔三开间，穿斗式木构，双坡顶，两侧马鞍式山墙。此进馆响应国家号召闽宁一家亲，消费带动扶贫理念，做文化输出。二楼以餐厅、品鉴宁夏滩羊牛肉为主，结合福建当地海鲜，设接待包间以及公区，分别体验福州与宁夏在空间设计上的风格差异。

The second entrance includes the pilgrimage house, the main seat, and the rear patio. The main seat is partially wide and has three bays. It has a bucket-type wooden structure, a double-slope roof, and saddle-type gables on both sides. This visit to the museum responds to the country’s call for a family in Minning, consumption drives the concept of poverty alleviation, and does cultural output. The second floor is mainly for restaurants, tasting Ningxia Tan sheep beef, combined with local seafood in Fujian, with reception rooms and public areas, to experience the differences in space design between Fuzhou and Ningxia.

滩羊传说

传说一：相传在西汉年间，汉武帝派苏武为答谢使者，带着厚礼出使匈奴。临行前，汉武帝召见苏武，将代表使节身份的旌节给他。而到了匈奴，正赶上当地的汉人叛变，单于便怀疑是苏武所为，将他软禁并发配到北海养羊放牧。北海地处荒凉，苏武思乡，便用手中的旌节赶着羊群一路向南，心想只要向南总会返回自己的祖国。过了几年，苏武来到了盐池县境内，询问当地的农户得知这是大汉的地域，苏武十分高兴，便现在这先休养，一边耕种一边放牧，还把从漠北带来的养分给了当地的农户。从此以后，盐池滩羊渐渐的繁殖，逐渐的成为了今天的滩羊。

传说二：康熙皇帝扮作读书人微服私访时，路过盐池县时，正是人困马乏还饿得饥肠辘辘。忽然见一户人家冒着缕缕青烟，便投奔而去。原来是此户人家正在盖房办宴席，得知读书人还没进食便热情款待他们。盐池滩羊肉经过焖炖、烤炸色香味俱佳，让读书人大开胃口，边吃边称赞，此地的羊肉真是好羊肉。过了大半年村子里的人才知道读书人原来是康熙皇帝，自此以后就有了“要吃好羊肉，请到盐池来”的盛誉。

滩羊起源

滩羊是我国古老的地方裘皮用绵羊品种，距今已有近千年历史，起源于我国三大地方绵羊品种之一的蒙古羊，是蒙古羊在当地的自然资源和气候条件下，经风土驯化和当地劳动人民精心选留培育形成的一个宝贵的地方绵羊品种。但其与蒙古羊有着本质的区别，蒙古羊的羔羊不具备二毛裘皮性状。但是滩羊由于体躯是白色，所以在古代又被称之为“白羊”，古丝绸之路上的商人看到这种羊所产的裘皮与众不同，毛色洁白，光泽如玉，花穗美观，轻而且暖，是羊产裘皮中的佳品，又大都是在草滩上放牧的，为了区别产地和裘皮品种的不同，便把这种羊皮叫“滩皮”。由于“滩皮”驰名中外，后来人们习惯将生产“滩皮”的羊称为“滩羊”。
