河内折叠住宅丨越南河内丨X11 Design Studio

管式住宅是河内最常见的住房类型，它们狭窄细长，沿长边方向紧贴，彼此之间没有缝隙。该项目所在的城区密度日益增长，空气质量下降，城市绿化空间逐渐被基础设施系统和失控的建筑物所取代。因此，一个真正的生活空间应该是让家庭成员之间的距离更近，让孩子们有足够的空间成长、玩耍，并且能够与大自然亲密互动，而不是仅仅生活在四面墙壁之间。

Tube house is the most common type of housing in Hanoi, which are narrow, elongated and have no gap with each other along its length. The project is located in an increasingly narrow urban area, the air quality becomes degraded, city greenery spaces are gradually replaced by infrastructure system and out-of-control buildings. So a true living space brings family members closer with each other, children have enough space to grow up, play and interact with nature, instead of live around four walls.

折叠住宅的灵感来自于折纸，建筑内灵活的过渡区域创造出不同空间层次，与垂直的绿色空间交织在一起。从外观上看，建筑的外观相当隐秘，实心墙板与后退的绿色空间相结合，进而减弱了来自西南方向的刺眼阳光，同时也屏蔽了来自外部的烟雾、灰尘以及噪音。

Folding House is inspired by paper folds, flexible transitions to create spaces of different levels, interwoven with green spaces which are developed vertically of the house. Its appearance is quite ulterior and private. The solid wall panels combined with the green setback reduce impact of sun radiation from the southwest and minimize smoke, dirt and noise from the outside.

住宅底层，三个庭院交替布置，形成了调节整个建筑微气候的关键。客厅和厨房通过天窗和建筑中央的小花园连接，而这处小花园则是住宅的主要交通轴线。错层空间与反向楼梯相结合，创造出大大小小的天窗，绿色植被在空间的每个楼层中蔓延生长。

Three courtyards are arranged alternately on the first floor to create a view point and regulate the microclimate for the entire building. Living room and kitchen are connected by a skylight and a small garden in the middle, where the main traffic axis of the house begins. The split-level space combined with the reverse-stairs creates large and small skylights, then green patches crept on every level of the space.

住宅共有两处主要采光来源，一处来自前院，另一处建筑中央的主要中庭。该中庭能够为走廊、楼梯、卫生间等服务空间带来自然采光与通风。住宅的顶层是一个小花园，在这里，孩子们可以亲手培育并照顾这些绿植，此外，这里也是家庭与朋友聚会、放松、休闲的理想场所。

The house use two light sources from the front and from the main atrium in the middle of the house. It helps auxiliary functions such as corridors, stairs, toilets receive natural light and ventilation. The top end is a small garden, where the children can nurture and take care of the tree with their own hands, where the whole family and friends can gather, relax and organize cozy parties.

在折叠住宅中，空间和花园在垂直维度上发展交织，从而使建筑中的空气对流以及微气候调节效应更加有效。同时，这种空间组织也以最和谐的方式增加了家庭成员之间、人与自然之间的联系。裸露的混凝土、质朴的砖材与一些天然材料如石材、木材以及绿色植被相结合，为建筑增添了热带的气息，同时树木的生长、自然光线以及微风的略过为了整栋建筑赋予了灵动与生机。

In Folding House, we develop void and garden throughout vertical dimension, thereby making air convection and microclimate regulation more effective. This also increases the connection between family members, between people and nature in the most harmonious way. Concrete, rustic brick combined with some natural materials such as stone, wood and trees brings a tropical breath to the building, creating inspiration for the growth of trees, natural light and ventilation.
