Creo Design Group took into consideration the flow of space and light in designing the Darling Park Tower Spec Suites in Sydney, Australia.

Creo Design Group and NPM were engaged by Darling Park Management to transform three suites on level 22 for lease.

The 1200m2 space in this premium and vibrant commercial precinct sits above the eastern shore of Sydney’s iconic Darling Harbour.

Working closely with the Darling Park Building Owners (AMP Capital and The GPT Group) and Darling Park Management to define the brief; we created three cohesive yet unique workplaces with meticulous attention to detail, collaboration, and wellbeing in mind.

While each workplace is individual, the designs feature considered use of natural light, a calming palette of natural materials and function and flow to suit the needs of today’s employees.

Our objective is always to create places for people, using creativity and customer-centric design thinking to guide our placemaking approach.
