The green, communal areas give the complex a unique quality within its context, and this informed our decision to raise the housing blocks by one storey to make a ground floor connection between the exterior gardens and the covered public zones. In terms of numbers, the 3 towers contain 180 residential units of varying sizes, ranging from 103 to 330 square meters, with a structural layout that makes them fully flexible.
