Concrete Conceal 住宅丨澳大利亚墨尔本丨Tecture

由Tecture 设计的 Concrete Conceal 住宅坐落在绿树成荫的墨尔本郊区 Caulfield，是一个明亮而现代的住宅，在几何和调色板中颂扬极简主义，在空间和细节上颂扬家庭。设计从字面上和概念上都以家庭为中心。建筑师将此作为焦点，在项目中运用这一理念，创造了一个平静、极简而又充满意义的家。

Set in the leafy Melbourne suburb of Caulfield, the Concrete Conceal House by Tecture is a bright and contemporary home that celebrates minimalism in its geometry and palette, and family in its spatiality and detail. The design is literally and conceptually centred around family . The architects took this as the focal point, working with this idea through the project to create a home that is calm and minimalist, yet deeply imbued with meaning.

住宅结合了极简主义的设计方法与平静的自然材料。金属饰面使空间充满活力。柔和的家具和流行的色彩与极简主义的建筑和室内设计相平衡。院子里的四根横梁象征着四口之家。走廊和主卧室的位置是为了鼓励孩子们走过位于房子中心的母亲卧室。

The Concrete Conceal House combines a minimalist design approach with calming natural materials.Metallic finishes enliven the space.Soft furnishings and pops of colour balance with the minimalist architecture and interior design.Four beams in the courtyard symbolise the four family members. The hallway and master bedroom are positioned so as to encourage the children to walk past their mother’s bedroom which is in the heart of the house.

场地也极大地影响了设计，场地的正面朝西，建筑师选择将尽可能多的建筑放置在街区的前面。这使得北部庭院的空间可以引入更多的自然光线到家里，并在后院有足够的空间为孩子们设置半个大小的篮球场。North Caulfield是中世纪装饰艺术和1970年“郊区”建筑的混合体，设计一个当代住宅，以反映街道上建造的许多新住宅，包括场地对面。

The site also greatly influenced the design,with the front of the site facing west, the architects chose to place as much of the building as possible toward the front of the block. This allowed space for a northern courtyard to introduce more natural light into the home, and enough room in the backyard for the children’s half-size basketball court. With North Caulfield being a mixture of mid-century, art deco and 1970’s ‘suburban’ architecture,esign a home that was contemporary to reflect the many new homes being built on the street, including opposite the site.

For an interior grounded in minimalism and restraint, The Concrete Conceal House is not afraid to add soft luxurious elements through brass fittings, timber veneers, curved mirror details and bold metal fixtures. In the kitchen, the monolithic stone island bench echoes the datum idea of the exterior in the form of a contrasting brass band and the stone kicker that extends from the kitchen and beyond. The soft grey stone is used again in a floating shelf in the living space, and echoed in the deeper stone used in the bathroom and concrete finishes.
