The Upper West Side Penthouse in New York City is a 3000 square meter temporary residence that incorporates art Deco elements and is designed with a unique personal style of comfort, ease and luxury in every space, thus reflecting the client's love of travel.

GRADE重新设计的主题来自一把黑漆的带凹槽腿的椅子。标志性的装饰和艺术细节，从大胆的几何设计、曲线和对称到引人注目的玻璃和抛光金属，都被转化为当代艺术。俊俏的几何图形和现代线条，建立了一个阳刚的基础，与装饰性的玻璃照明、一系列的古董和定制家具，达到复杂和平衡。

The theme for GRADE's redesign comes from a black lacquered chair with fluted legs. Iconic decorative and artistic details, from bold geometric designs, curves and symmetry to striking glass and polished metal, are translated into contemporary art. Featuring sassy geometry and modern lines, it establishes a masculine base, complex and balanced with decorative glass lighting, a range of antiques and bespoke furniture.

Lines and textures enliven the plan, grooves and fan-shaped curves repeat in different scales, surfaces and rhythms, starting from the entrance, custom woodwork frames a triptych, and the original Pan-American route map is re-used as a mural. The clever use of Venetian stucco finishes adds luster and interest to the great rooms and corridors, while the fluted stucco upper cabinet fronts in the kitchen add a modern feel.
