两个从瑞士César Ritz酒店管理学院硕士的毕业生（Serafina Chan & Fairen Lee）委托「逸森建筑空间整合」担任建筑及室内设计，她们负责监工及后期室内软装，共同完成了这个在深圳海滨的旧房改造计划，整体共耗时21个月。整个房屋面积约450平方，有五个客房。

CHANLEE BOUTIQUE HOTEL is managed by Serafina Chan & Fairen Lee, who studied their postgraduate degrees in Hotel Management at Switzerland César Ritz Colleges. Serafina and Fairen commissioned Super Tree Design to design and construct the hotel while they themselves oversaw and completed the subsequent interior decoration. The renovation of this old building in the coastal area of Shenzhen took 21 months. The overall area is around 450m2, containing 5 bedrooms.

整体建筑及装饰风格现代简约，融合新中式以及日式元素。为了贴近大自然，室内及室外在用料上采用了很多还原生态的手法。大量天然麻石作为户外花园地面，用清水混凝土造型搭建了一个2米的围墙，又在视野最好的海边采用玻璃连接，使得建筑变得独立又联通景色。入户位置则在顶面开了圆，使得楼上的人能看到入户的景色而不是枯燥的顶面，而刚刚进入此建筑的人来说，又多了一个可以定义这个建筑的几何视角。在平面设计之初，两位主理人对酒店已经有了很清楚的人群定位，并为他们做了很细节的考虑。例如入门的这个洗脚间，私密而自然。她们希望到店的客人可以体验到极致的放松，所以让一切尽可能回归原始，不矫情亦不做作。

CHANLEE BOUTIQUE HOTEL is designed with modern simplicity, fusing the neo-Chinese and Japanese elements. The construction materials used reflects the concept of return to nature. Granite paves the ground of the outdoor garden; 2-meter concrete walls serve to enclose the building; a large glass surface brings the best sea view inside, blurring the vision between inside and outside. A large circular opening is made on the ceiling of the entrance, allowing people upstairs to view through the hole. It transforms the dull ceiling into a unique piece of geometric art. Serafina & Fairen design the hotel with a clear target group in mind with numerous of details being taken care of, for example, the private and thoughtful foot washing room at the entrance. They hope to create a most relaxing experience for every guest, hence almost every detail expresses a return to the authentic without affectation.

室内一楼是一个下沉的公共空间，是客人和主人一起聊天放松或是办公的空间。三个台阶也是采用最原始的人工方式搬入及安装，每块麻石都有上吨之重。

Downstairs is a sunken public place where guests and hosts chat, relax or work. Three granite stairs, weighing more than a ton each, were moved and installed manually, by using the most primitive way.

二楼三楼的客房则是按照五星级标准配备。在不加建的情况下尽可能的为每个房间配置了无敌海景观景阳台。区别于周边民宿酒店各式风格，辰礼的顶楼则运用大量的留白，给人一种视觉的放松享受。此时此刻，无论是躺着还是站着或是坐着，你都能在这个地方，静静的听着海风发呆，仿佛这片海，这些美景，只属于你。

Rooms of the second and third floor are built to 5-star specifications. Every room features a balcony with a stunning sea view without alternating the building. As opposed to the styles of surrounding homestay hotels, CHANLEE BOUTIQUE HOTEL’s top floor reserves a large space in blank, for the guests to catch their breaths in emptiness as not to overwhelm their eyes. At this very moment, whether lying, standing or sitting, the guest can be absent of his/her mind in the cool sea breeze as if the sea and the views only belong to him/her.
