麟和建筑工作室 Atelier L+ 代表同济大学建筑设计研究院,与丹麦SHL建筑事务所、英国大卫•奇普菲尔德建筑事务所、法国多米尼克•佩罗建筑事务所、日本隈研吾建筑事务所等共同参加上海图书馆东馆国际竞赛。Atelier L+ 的设计提案获得了竞赛第一阶段第四名。

Representing Tongji Architectural Design (Group) Co.,Ltd. ,Atelier L + participated in the Shanghai Library Pudong Branch International Competition with SHL Architects of Denmark, David Chipfield Architects of UK, Dominique Perot Architects of France, and Kuma Architects of Japan, etc.. Atelier L +’s design proposal won the race in the first phase of the fourth.

基地位于浦东行政文化与市民活动核心区域,紧邻广阔的中央公园,是上海恢弘的东西都市轴线的收尾。作为上海城市文化新格局为“一轴双心”模式的重要组成部分,上海图书馆东馆将与科技馆、东方艺术中心、档案馆、上海博物馆东馆围绕浦东新区区政府大楼等共同构成浦东文化集群。图书馆将成为整体城市街区、交通、景观、地下空间整体系统中具有提升作用的一环。
The site is located in Pudong district`s administrative and culture area , close to the Central Park. It is the ending of Shanghai`s magnificent city axis As the major component of the “One Axis Double Hearts” Cultural clusters, Shanghai Library Pudong Branch will be built with the Science and Technology Museum, the Oriental Art Center, the Archives and the East Hall of the Shanghai Museum around the Pudong New Area Government Building, etc., The library will become a important part of the whole city blocks, transportation, landscape, underground space, the overall system has to enhance the role of the ring.

无边界:都市与自然之间的介入策略
Borderless: the Intervening Strategy between Urban and Nature
博尔赫斯写道:这世上如果有天堂,天堂应该是图书馆的模样! 他构想的“巴别”图书馆:由数目不确定的、也许是无限的六角形回廊组成,被当做一个图书馆的理想原型。而我们构想:一个透明的、无边界的图书馆,作为21世纪上海图书馆东馆的新原型—— 光线弥漫,平台错落,宁静透明;如一棵大树,树干,冠顶,根脉,枝繁叶茂。在都市与自然之间生长绵延,形成一处知识与景观无所不在的未来图书馆。相对于传统的内向中心的图书馆,这是一个“反转的”与景观和城市无边界融合的独特图书馆类型。

从基地漫游的经验可知,环绕场地的360度“绿海”成为主导都市景观,这是一片绵延的绿色海洋,密林、花园、大树、屋顶、院落,提供了一个在三维向度上伸展的绿色,是珍贵的自然素材。设计关注到南侧使用低效的树林,提出建筑与场地的一体化的“消隐标志性”的定位策略,强化“水平延展”与透明形态,凸显区政府主楼的形态主导性;建筑与场地连绵一体的“知识花园”则成为舞台上优雅的主角,成为一个各个方向均可关照、可进入的建筑。

光之容器:自然光与热力学引导的图书馆范式

“自然光”是图书馆的灵魂,弥漫光线的冠顶,天光布满的中庭,洒落平台的柔影,沉静的束光,折射、漫散、遮蔽、导入,能量得以最大限度的捕获、导入与流通。作为一处诗意的光的“热力学机器”,自然光线透过大树,造就一处“光的圣殿”。

建筑空间尽量在水平方向展开,形成大空间格局,适应当代图书馆灵活性要求。垂直方向上形成的“树”状空间结构,结合“光庭”成为竖向空间沟通的核心。中央“光庭”贯穿地下室与所有楼层,折转向上,走向朝向东南方向倾斜,使得天光洒下,为核心阅览区提供最大化自然采光;专业阅览区通过内院与光井获得自然光线;自然光线亦可透过建筑“裙边”与光庭,渗入地下空间,形成面向都市与自然景观的层层书阶。

“光庭”是图书馆竖向空间沟通的核心,贯穿地下室与所有楼层,建筑外围为全通透玻璃空间,设计对其光环境模拟与室内舒适度进行了深入研究。
我们采用Grasshopper Honeybee对图书馆形态以及内部布局做了太阳直射光分析,最后生成“山”的形态。为了探测所有楼层全年工作时间中单独依靠自然采光就能达到最小照度要求的时间百分比,我们通过采光模拟软件Radiance对每个楼层依次进行了自然采光百分比。采光井的使用在一定程度上提高了内部空间的照度,只有在进深较深的地方,无法通过自然采光实现室内基本照度。设计师基于此对室内空间功能布局进行分析和设计。
“Light Court” is the core of the library vertical space communication, runs through the basement and all floors, the building perimeter for the whole transparent glass space, the design of its light environment simulation and indoor comfort for in-depth study.We used Grasshopper Honeybee to analyze the shape and internal layout of the library, and finally generate the form of “mountain”. The use of lighting wells to a certain extent, improve the internal space of the illumination, only deep into the deep, can not be achieved through the natural lighting of the basic indoor illumination. 系统建构:结构构造与材料的诗意组织

根据建筑体型、功能需求和本着安全经济的设计原则,结构体系拟采用多筒框架混合结构+局部悬挂结构。9个垂直交通核采用剪力墙形成筒体,顶部由桁架系统相连,配合内部框架形成结构主抗侧力体系。屋面悬挑部位采用钢结构桁架以提供足够的刚度和承载力,每榀桁架之间采用钢梁或次桁架连系,以提高桁架的稳定性。作为图书馆、场域与建筑建构的基石,一个材料的建构系统控制全部。流畅、绵延的线条,由透明玻璃、遮阳印刷玻璃、浅色系石材、夜晚发光的LED地面材料、负碳的木材、坚实的混凝土,形成一个不同透不同透明性的材料系谱。
According to the building body, functional requirements and the design principles of safety and economy, the structural system to be used multi-cylinder frame hybrid structure + local suspension structure.
