平米的基地之上，在原有一层建筑结构的基础上改造扩建而来。

Doblado House is a project which originates from exploit a existing construction of approximately 75 ㎡ on ground level contained in an area about 260 ㎡.

服务于一对夫妇，以功能服务为导向的建筑空间简明而有序。厨房和起居空间位于一层，而工作室、卧室和浴室则占据着二层空间。

The architectural program express a housing for a couple and is distributed in service, kitchen and living room on ground floor; and at first level: it contains a studio, bedroom and bathroom.

在一层，交错的钢结构加固了原有建筑结构，也支撑起新建的二层楼板。

The existing construction is reinforced with a steel structure to load the new floor of the first level.

浅灰色的外墙沿着基地的边缘而建，略高于街道形成入口。而在墙面的另一侧，是供机动车出入庭院的大门。

A perimetral facade wall rises with a pedestrian access articulated to the house and another vehicle access on the opposite end.

茂盛的绿意覆盖着庭院，开阔的草坪成为了居住者室外生活的最佳选择。

Finally the rest of the area is regenerated like lawn garden for outdoor activities.

在沿街立面上，建筑师以几乎不施加工的原始材料让建筑呈现出质朴而简洁的特质。

The premise of the project aims to preserve an austere facade by the street, using apparent materials and avoiding refined finishes.

经过了翻新和扩建的建筑如同一块巨大的黑色石块，零星地点缀着三三两两的建筑开窗，深色的玻璃与建筑外墙融为了一体，即使开窗高低错落也丝毫不显突兀。

The renovated and extended volume is intended as a dark monolith respecting the main existing ground level openings and generating enough more for the new level, seeking to avoid a concern in the composition of windows.

而室内空间则显得更为精致舒适，木质与石膏的色彩温暖而清新。

In the interior is intended to use refined materials and finished as the wood and the plaster together with the use of clear and warm tones.

从外部粗糙而原始的材料，到建筑内部精致而温馨的氛围，建筑师打造了一个对比强烈、层次丰富的空间体验。

This way an experience is described from exterior at the street with apparent and coarse materials up to a more sophisticated and cozy interior.
