中国宋庄艺术节建筑单元概念建筑展路边。路边展的展览都挺有趣，因为篇幅的关系，这里为大家介绍其中三个展览装置（更多内容我们将随后在

豆瓣小站上的EVENT专栏—朋友们的事件

中发布）。有可静可动、互动得非常欢乐、同时还健体强身的武侠味十足的“水上漂”；有把来自传统记忆中的瓦用现代的方式再生，融于生活还能乐于生活的“瓦椅”（我想这是策展人尚荔生活在处于巨变中虽未改变但又岌岌可危的残留老北京胡同里，耳濡目染自然而然的作品）；还有上能看天，下能看地，左右能看周围，单能成房，组能成廊的，与环境发生不同体验的优美通透“两扇房”。

我们试着营造武侠世界里“水上漂”的空间体验，让人们当回大侠，在“水”中上蹿下跳，摸爬滚打。

瓦椅 Roof tiles bench

瓦：

可以承担明确的功能，以强烈的可用性存在；亦可以是非功能的，只作为装饰来存在。又是古老传统以及村落的记忆，在现代建筑的冲击下，其功能性亦被渐渐消失掉，可使用的范围亦被缩小，以至成为胡同里处处可见的被丢弃物。介乎用与无用之间，介乎易碎与坚实之间，本身是一个模糊与朦胧性的存在，非与是，混合型的材料。

瓦椅：

可坐，因此具备功能，发挥了其不怕水可以置于室外的特性。

可观赏，多种图案组合，竖向空间融入，混合了装饰性与空间感。

可游戏，瓦不是固定的，只是靠本身的组合来紧密联系在一起，也因此可取出，成为可玩耍的物件。

瓦的功能性的综合利用。一次小小的可能性的探索。

瓦椅的目的是为路边提供一个可休息休憩的场所。

Roof tiles:

Traditional Beijing’s grey roof tiles have an obvious and very clear function: to protect one’s house from rain.This value of usage is neverthe-less transcended by the fact that roof tiles also play a very important ornamental role: theyembody a historical period, a specific culture, a specific knowledge, and are signs of a very specific architectural language. The ancient constructive tradition and the associated know-how, and to a certain extent, the city’s memory itself, are gradually being erased under the assault of both modern aesthetics and modern construction techniques. Demoted as a purely decorative material, the discarded old tiles are taken off the roofs and piled up temporarily in the hutongs before being taken away with the rest of the city’s rubbles. Useful but useless, solid but fragile, ruined but delicate, valueless but precious, the intrinsic ambiguities of the roof tiles makes their subsistence uncertain.’

Roof tiles bench:

Sit on: The roof tiles bench is an outdoor furniture that utilizes the qualities of the material while subverting its basic usage: one sits on them instead of sitting under them. Look at:  The roof tiles are not only seen upside-down but also placed on their vertical edges. The vertical arrangement enables not only an incredible range of decorative patterns but also creates a three-dimensional sense of thickness and space within the piece of furniture. Play on/play with: The roof tiles are not fixed.One can remove and manipulate them,playfully interact with the object, and freely reconstruct the patterns on which one sits. The tile and the bench as a whole are objects of play. The bench is an experimentation on the functional properties of roof tiles and an exploration oftheir potential subversion. The roof tile bench is an artifact that creates a pausing and resting space in theturbulentstreetscape.

两扇房 ‘Two-pieces’house

我们最初指定了“竹钢”这一材料来完成作品的制作。纤细的杆件断面均为2cm×2cm，杆件最长3m。为符合展览需要，其主要构件先预制成组，组件则在现场以螺旋方式张开并组合为空间体，犹如打开两扇平开门。

Originally, we chose wooden bamboo to produce the work. The section of the slender sticks is in scale of 2cm×2cm, the longest stick is 3m length. To match the requirement of exhibition, all the profiles need to be prefabricated within groups, and combined in spiral way at the exhibition site. The final work shows in the form of two side-hinged doors.

两扇房希望创造出一个更具包容性与灵活性的空间形式，来与自然部分以及有不同制约条件的场地发生关系。设计提供的是一个优美而通透的骨架，自然之物的包裹以及周遭环境的渗透将赋予其最终的形态。骨架的不同组合，可以是亭子或廊子。它可以只是藏于树下的小小休息之处，也可以组合为一个大的围合场地，人们穿行游玩其间。立于自然中的“两扇房”是轻盈的，也是隐退的。

The concept of the ‘Two-pieces’house is creating a space with better inclusiveness and flexibility. The material from nature and limited site condition interacts with each other. An graceful and transparent structure has been designed, however, enveloped by natural elements and intervened by surroundings, the final shape is defined. There are different combination of structure, pavilion or corridor is alternatively available. It can be a small relax space under the tree, also can be assembled  into a huge enclosed site for people’s amusement. The ‘Two-pieces’  house in the nature is a light structure, meanwhile a secluded structure.
