项目地处烟台发展轴线的咽喉、拥有丰富历史文化内涵的古现。"古"与"现"的碰撞，将激活历史文化遗存，在城市改造提升中延续历史文脉，让具有古韵魅力的传统文化与现代生活融为一体，演绎牟国千古情，打造胶东现代城。

A Chinese traditional town, Guxian, is located in the throat area of Yantai development axis, with rich history and culture. It makes the traditional culture with ancient charm and modern life integrated.

历史积淀

HISTORICAL ACCUMULATION

烟台古现是一个历史悠久、文化底蕴丰厚、地灵人杰之村。作为历史有名的“甲骨文之父”，王懿荣曾居住于此，他的故居保留至今，成为历史遗存。王懿荣故居、王氏家族故居及牟子国遗址等文化元素融合杂糅到我们的城市建设中，在弘扬我们优秀传统文化的同时，带动经济的发展和腾飞，实现跨界融合。

Guxian is an outstanding village with a long history and rich cultural heritage. Wang Yirong, the "Father of oracle" in history, lived here. His old residence remains today and becomes a historical relic.

古牟文化、科举文化、考古文化、学塾文化、红色文化、公社文化、民俗文化、鲁菜文化共同组成了古现历史人文资源。

There are many cultures constituting theancienthistory and culture resources, such as ancient mu culture, imperialexamination culture, archaeological culture, school culture, red culture,commune culture, folk culture,shandong cuisine culture and so on.

基地内部有少量历史文化建筑，古现东村中心建筑肌理保存较完整，质量最高。

There are a few historical and cultural buildings inside the base. The texture of the central building in the Guxian East Village is well preserved and the building quality is the best.

核心内容

CORE CONTENT

设计充分尊重和保护古现村悠久的历史文脉，挖掘肌理，对传统街巷空间进行整合与创新。漫步其间，虚实相生，动静结合，尤具传统街巷的韵味且不失现代活力的体验感。复刻特色建筑，打造具有古现民风特色的街区。

This project totally respects and protects the history and culture of Guxian Town, which integrates and innovates the traditional street space. We will depict the characteristic buildings to create a block with the characteristics of ancient and modern folk customs.

区域内部保留主要广场空间，以深入内腹形式设置，将游客导入，并设有游客驻足空间。基于历史文脉传承的视角，将融入开放空间系统的魁星楼广场、牟子广场等与地块南北的山水休闲公园人文景观相结合，满足未来节庆活动的空间需求。

Main square space will be reserved in the area. In the form of in-depth belly, the square guides tourists into and provides tourists with staying space, which combined with the human landscape of the leisure park in the north and south of the plot to meet the space for future festival activities.

同时，街区设计相对独立，具有一定的隐私性。承载城市生活的广场，与周边商业活动相结合，布置儿童教育基地、周末集市、工艺街区等商业氛围的活动，延续整体价值观，营造高端文化体验。

At the same time, the block design is relatively independent, with a certain degree of privacy. The design will carry the city life and combine with the surrounding commercial activities. It will continue the overall values and create a high-level cultural experience.

一大设计理念：核心设计通过“牟”子图腾演绎而来，扭结牟子国遗址与基地，体现“东夷第一国”牟子国历史渊远。

Design concept: The core design of the project is formed by changing the "Mou" pattern, combining the Muzi National Site and base, it embodies Mu Zi National, the "first country of Dongyi", with a long history.

两大建筑风貌：文化旅游片区作为本项目设计重点，分为南北两个片区，建筑风格及空间上实现新旧的碰撞，文化传承与现代演绎带来古与今的融合。

Two architectural styles: The cultural tourism area, as the focus of the project design, is divided into south and north areas. The architectural style and space realize the collision between new and old, it brings ancient and present fusion in cultural heritage and modern interpretation.
