江山如梦,五千年历史承载,孕育东方之美。本项目位于有“浪漫之城,百岛之市”称号的广东省珠海市,是一座位于珠江口西岸的核心城市,区位优越,地处香洲老城区,人文之地,水墨丹青,拥有丰富的教育、医疗、文化资源和发达的交通系统。
从中提取“山、水、书”元素,采用国画手法,描绘江山。传承传统东方文化,注入古典文化内涵,营造恢弘大气的景观空间," 山水书苑”正乃山海社稷画卷。
China’s abundant culture and history  of  more  than  5,000 years  breed  the  beauty  of numerous mountains,  seas  and  rivers.  This  project  is  sited  in  Zhuhai  City, which is reputed to be "the city of romance and islands". As a core city on the west bank of the Pearl River Estuary, Zhuhai has favorable geographic  conditions.   It  is  specifically  situated  in  the  Xiangzhou  District,  an  old  urban  area  of humanistic  charm  and  ink-wash  painting  culture, which enjoys rich educational, medical and cultural resources, developed transportation system.

格局:五进院落+ 山水园林
五进家门,传承千年礼序,自古园林宅邸,礼为建筑之序,亦为居住之序,建发 · 央璟沿袭千年园林居住形态。以人为造园的尺度,营造五进礼序。以门、庭、园、院、堂五重空间层层递进,营造可望、可行、可游、可居的理想居所。组团景观,中轴园林,带来一种归心的东方美学生活方式。形成独有的“儒门、道园、唐风、华纹”的匠造理念。
Courtyard layout: Five enter courtyard+Mountain and Water landscape.
Five enter courtyard, inheritance of the millennium ritual order, since ancient garden mansion, ritual for the order of architecture, but also for the order of residence. JIANFA YANGJING followed the millennium garden residential form. To create the scale of garden by people, to create a five enter ceremony order. With the door, court, garden, courtyard, hall five layers of progressive space, to create viewing, walking, sightseeing, life in the ideal residence. Landscape group, central axis garden, bring a return to the heart of the eastern aesthetic lifestyle. To form a unique " Confucianism, Taoist, Tang style, Hua pattern" craftsmanship concept.

建发尊崇儒家礼制的思想,择每一城打造新中式礼仪之门,运用中式建筑元素解读出城市独有的文化符号,呈现专属的新中式美学作品。门楼两侧的“水墨江山图”下或立、或卧、或胖、或瘦的置石点缀其侧,再配以造型松、砾石、涟漪、青瓦,构成一副立体的山水画卷。
JIANFA respected the Confucian etiquette system thought, chose each city to create the new Chinese style etiquette door, uses the Chinese style architectural element to interpret the city unique cultural symbol, presents the exclusive new Chinese style esthetics products. Two “Ink-wash Mountains” paintings at each side of the gate house are decorated with stones of different shapes underneath. Along with beautifully-shaped pine trees, pebbles, ripples and grey tiles, a three-dimensional picturesque painting of the overall landscape leaps into view.

门楼前层层台阶,拾阶而上,有“平步青云”之寓意,中间精美的双凤朝阳雕刻延展开来,两傍石狮庄严大气,正是豪门府邸的象征。
In front of the gate house, walking up the stairs implies that the person will have a meteoric rise. The delicate moiré stone engraving in the middle and two stone lines symbolize the dignity of wealthy house.

打造一幅中国文化的重要元素——双凤朝阳地雕,暗合珠海凤凰山,不仅寓意美好,同时又融入了珠海当地文化。
A stone engraving on the floor that features a phoenix flying towards the sun is a highlight of the design. It’s an important element of Chinese culture with upbeat meaning and integrates with local culture since it echoes Zhuhai Fenghuang Mountain.

泗水归堂是中国传统建筑的代表,汇集四方财富与一堂,聚财守财,更是增添了许多中式韵味。
“Sishuiguitang”, a Hui-style architecture, is the representative of Chinese traditional architecture, which means gathering fortune all around, hence enriching the connotation of Chinese style.

“曲径通幽处,禅房花木深”,中庭景观设计采用镜面水景结合枯山水,闲听、闲走、闲思、闲逸、净水、净心、净思、净尘,一丝禅意,穿过回廊,山水溶于景中,佛甲草的绿意的满上心头。中间的“書”字水景是我们结合珠海书院文化,打造出“書”静水面水景设计,由此得名书境廊。
Atrium landscape design uses mirror waterscape combined with karesansui, free listening, free walking, free thinking, leisure, clean water, clean heart, clean mind, clean dust, a trace of Zen, through the corridor, landscape dissolved in the landscape, the green Buddha grass on the heart.
 Based on the culture of Zhuhai College, the Chinese character “Shu” is visualized in the design of water feature with quiet water waves in the middle. And Shujing Veranda is named after the water feature.

“禅修”的意境,更加增添一种闲适雅致的生活情怀,从日常俗事中摆脱出来 ,摒弃各种杂念,不思善,不思恶,置身于景中,“非思量”寻人间乐事,几分禅意几分景,在此延伸。
一沙一水,一动一静,一黑一白,一棵古树,正寓意着我们所追求的简单、平凡而又趣味十足的人生。
The artistic conception of "meditation" adds a kind of leisurely and elegant life feeling, gets rid of from the daily vulgar matter, abandons all kinds of miscellaneous thoughts, does not think of the goodness, does not think of the evils, is placed in the scene ," does not think about "seeks the human pleasure matter, some Zen meaning some scenery, extends here.
      The contrast of sand and water, black and white and dynamic and static and an ancient tree in the courtyard, all elements symbolize a simple, ordinary yet interesting life that we pursue.

延续千年中华文化,融合现代美学,纯实木打造的风雨连廊采用中国传统卷棚顶构造方式。在这里,风雨连廊不仅是一道靓丽的风景线,更营造出了园林“庭院幽深、廊道回转”的意境,让居者出门即享连廊遮蔽,无论风吹雪落,都能闲庭信步悠闲赏景。
Chinese culture continues for thousands of years, the integration of modern aesthetics, pure solid wood built wind and rain corridor using the traditional Chinese style of roof structure. Here, the wind and rain corridor is not only a beautiful landscape, but also create a garden "deep courtyard, corridor around" artistic conception, so that residents go out to enjoy the corridor cover, regardless of the wind and snow fall, can leisurely walk.

设计中,更是取有形的建筑景观之美,营造无形情境的生活之美。引用自然山水元素,利用建筑结构及草木植株的光影对空,将东方美学带到现代理性当中,勾画精美、雅奢、禅意的东方画境,仿佛人在画中游。

“山水园”,打造自然山水,大面积水域通过生态过滤,自我净化,形成独立完整的微气候环境。水雾散去,平静的水面上完整倒影着建筑、假山、 古木,抑或微波粼粼,倒影里的一切好像在风中摇曳,楚楚动人。
The back courtyard is a “mountain water courtyard”, which imitates mountains and water in nature. With a self-purification system, it forms an independent microclimate.After water mist is dispersed, the placid water surface reflects the architecture, rockeries, and old trees completely. As breeze blows and generates gleaming ripples, the reflections seem to sway on the water surface, which appear more charming.

亦澜亭采用中国传统卷棚式歇山顶构造方式,轻盈灵巧,造型精美,置身其中,远望整个园区,犹如来到了一幅动人的中国画里。

一艘画舫迎面而来,水里倒影着它完美的身姿。它的每一个部件都深深烙上了中国传统文化的印记,青瓦、木柱、木窗花,一切都刚刚好。
A “pleasure boat” comes into view, with its beautiful form reflected on water surface. Each of its components, such as the gray tile, wooden pillar, wooden window carving, is engraved with traditional cultural symbols. Everything is just right.

浮光漾影、诗意栖居。一江绿水,潺潺东流,银波泛泛,晚霞朦胧。沱江的自然之境,同时流露着浓郁淳朴的人文之美。景观构建以山为势,借水流转,令房屋更显亲和。在山、水、屋交融并构的韵律中,情境悠远。
穿梭在院中,每一棵树都有它的来历,每一块石头都有它想说的故事,每一段弧线都是山水的频率,每一个元素都是山水的联想。
Skimming over the surface, poetic dwelling. A green river, flow eastward, silver waves, sunset hazy. The nature of the Tuojiang River, at the same time reveals the simple humanistic beauty. The landscape construction flow the mountain and water, Make the house more intimate. In the rhythm of mountain, water and house, the feeling is deeper.
Every tree in the courtyard has its origin; every stone has the story it wants to  tell;   every   curve shows the rhythm of mountains and water; and every element has association with water and hills.

建发·央璟唐风,是气度,是对中国鼎盛朝代唐朝的致敬,是对中国当下大国崛起的呼应,也是对唐代建筑、唐文化的追忆与品读。是对中国盛世气质的现代展现!建发就创造性的选取唐代雄浑大气的建筑作为立面,延续出檐深远的屋檐风格,以写意的手法展示唐代风仪。细节上,对一砖一瓦,一草一木,每一块老山石的筛选都是精益求精,绝不将就,从景观小品上尽显设计师对场地的尊重。
JIANFA YANGJING TANGFENG, is magnanimous, is for salute China's heyday generation Tang Dynasty, is a feedback for China's current rise, but also to the Tang Dynasty architecture, Tang culture recall and reading. Is the display of China's heyday! JIANFA creatively use the grand Tang Dynasty style to make the facade, continue the long eaves style, with freehand brushwork to show the Tang Dynasty style. The  designers  are  meticulous  in  selecting  every piece of brick, tile, tree and old mountain rock, aiming to find the most perfect choice. All the landscape adornments show the designers’ respect for the site.
