一郎居酒屋酒吧

Ichiro Izakaya Bar is a Japanese restaurant located at Burwood Brickworks – which aims to be the world’s most sustainable shopping centre. Ichiro was designed in accordance with the centre’s high sustainability standards.

The concept was influenced by a fusion of traditional Japanese design principles and modern western elements.

The entire fit-out is constructed from environmentally sustainable or recycled materials finishes, which went through a rigorous selection and approval process before they could be used.

Recycled messmate was used throughout as a feature timber and reclaimed palettes were painted black and utilised across the upper section of the bar.
