Boulevard House, designed by the award-winning team at Drake Design was imagined with a carefully considered approach to not only capture the breathtaking views of the neighbouring vineyard but to celebrate this unique vista presented by the site.

Built by the team at Kalibar Homes, this family home has a carefully selected material palette which elegantly explores the balance between making a bold and memorable statement while concurrently sitting harmoniously within its quiet suburban setting.

Creating spaces that are warm, inviting and functional is at Drake Design’s core and this project is no exception. The deliberate placement of large windows and selections of natural tones and textures along with soft timbers ensure every inch of Boulevard House is flooded with natural light and a comforting feeling of warmth and spaciousness is felt throughout.

Made up of four bedrooms, the home boasts plenty of space and storage that will allow the family to live and grow for many years to come.
