Elegant, soft and plastic image. It lives, it moves, standing out spectacularly against the supposedly static line of development of the block. We have achieved a unique image of the object, with an emphasis on working with the plasticity of form. The building has quite massive dimensions in a small height, so it was so important to give it lightness and mobility through the gradual turning of the facade planes, thereby creating a twisting effect.

The building’s memorable plasticity is enveloped by a shell of glass and metal formed by structural glazing. The glass is complemented by n-shaped metal elements which form a facade grid and accentuate the horizontals. This approach allowed us to give the facade an additional volume without compromising the overall integrity of the perception. With the active form of the building, it was important to create a restrained and laconic façade that emphasizes the form, but does not argue with it.
