Maxime Besson-Vivenzi and Romain Magri are at the head of the launch and development of WEWORK, throughout Europe. Empowered by this fruitful experience, they have recently created Metafore, a five-star concept that allows companies to get together in a different way, in inspiring and sustainable locations.

These new locations are an ideal solution for seminars, meetings and events (cocktail parties, showrooms, shootings, etc) and offer a unique experience, nestled between workspace and high-end hotel.

The criteria: find a central place with a lot of character, maximum accessibility, surrounding public transport, a reception capacity that meets ERP standards.

The project was designed entirely to measure, facilitation the deployment of the architectural concept and the emerging codes of the brand.

Carrying out a project of this scope in just 3 months is the type of challenge that Factory particularly likes to take up for its customers.

It is our global expertise in the creation of places that has allowed us to master the specifications and the delivery schedule. This project presented several major issues and challenges.

The first is directly linked to the positioning of the place. Metafore is no ordinary project, it offers high-end services that require attention to the smallest detail and exceptional craftsmanship. The other major challenge was the rehabilitation of an old Haussmannian apartment while responding to new uses and 3.0 technologies. The equipment is indeed a centerpiece of the project which was to offer the user an exceptional acoustic, visual, sound but alos taste experience. Is is because the concept is hybrid that is required a complete removal and a total re-organization of the spaces.

Kitchen, meeting rooms, circulation, everything has been redesigned despite the particular configuration of the building. The last challenge was to transcribe the artistic and design vision into a viable project adapted to the reality of the place and to technical constraints.
