The project is located on two different lots. The building hosts 330 Offices and 24 Stores. Meeting rooms, resting rooms, meeting rooms and terraces are located in the building as common spaces.

The project includes office spaces as a tower and on the ground level it offers commercial spaces for daily use.The project is achieving qualified working spaces to benefit from optimum light and fresh air. Also various common spaces such as terraces, zen gardens, resting halls and other rooms for free time activities are designed considering natural light and fresh air. The ground floor of the building is reserved for commercial activities that also serves to the inhabitants with the cafes, restaurants and other shops.

Moment Beştepe is an 85000 m2 office project located in Ankara.The building is maximum 14 floors expanding along two different site next to each other. The longitudinal building form provides many offices to be in the same floor. Rectangular masses with various dimensions merge together to compose the building. The mass composition reduce the heaviness of the longitudinal building and bring it closer to the human scale while providing multiple terraces and common spaces between different spaces which provide interactivity among users.  

As the natural consequence of the mass composition, garden terraces, atriums and balconies exist without any extra effort. Voids that are formed along the merging zones of these masses lets the natural light and fresh air for common spaces.The common spaces are placed around atriums. Zen gardens, meeting rooms, prayer room and yoga halls are spread around this atrium for the office workers to spend their free time together. Also terraces that are on the top of these masses are designed as gardens for outdoor activities.

The facade is composed of angled glasses and frequently placed composite panels. The angular positions of the glasses and panels lets the light play on the facade throughout the day. The various facade compositions differentiate the masses and at the same time broaden different needs and tastes.

The ground floor is reserved for retail purposes. The cafes, restaurants and other shops are expected to serve to the inhabitants and also the city. The spaces in front of cafes and restaurants are assigned to them. A linear pedestrian street passes in front of these zonesconnects the two sites. The eaves covering the pedestrian street provides a defined and protected zone for various activities. Noise pollution is blocked through the green wall between the linear pedestrian street and boulevard.

Moment Bestepe Office building has an indirect connection with the broad green corridor of Atatürk Forest Farm. Since the project is located in between housing districts at the South side and presidential palace at the North side which could be defined as urban gap since it is close to the public, Moment Bestepe could not be assumed as very pedestrian-friendly. However, the project is very close to the one of the main arteries of Ankara, which is named as Eskişehir Road, for this reason access to the land via motor vehicles is very easy. There is a green barrier between the road and the building to decrease exterior environmental noise.

The mass of the design is divided into blocks to reduce the heaviness of the building and bring it closer to the human scale. There are multiple terraces and common spaces between different spaces which provide interactivity among users. There was a limitation of height which limited the project to 14 floors. Interior design understanding of the project is to differentiate spaces according to activities and provide many common spaces for the use by the tenants. Light is a very important design element which reflects in the design of the office spaces (max. depth 8 m), common areas and the facade elements. Offices and terraces are located at the front side of the building to get advantage of the view. Air , light and cosiness of the space is provided by natural means. Cool and fresh air blowing through the Forest Farm from the North-West direction ( the main wind direction in Ankara ) is captured through the balcony windows into each office space. Depth of the offices are fixed to 8 meters to provide natural light.

At the same time, common spaces are naturally ventilated through the openings from terraces and natural light is taken in through skylights. Cool air is provided from the back facade into the common spaces. These zones are filled with terraces and floor gardens. Yoga,meeting and resting rooms are also connected to the main courtyard to enrich the space. The building is designed for flexibility in order to respond to the possible changes in the program. The divisions between the spaces can be removed/modified to provide different rooms in different scales. Glass material used on the facades provide necessary insulation according to green building standards. The natural ventilation for the main courtyard is provided through the opening on the back facade which is shaded by the surrounding buildings. Formworks used in construction site is used in other building's constructions before and will be recycled and used for the future buildings.

Design satisfies more than the demand of the client by providing qualified common spaces such as terraces, mezzanine, inner gardens,resting and meeting zones for office users. Offices and common spaces are taking the advantage of fresh air and daylight more than similar high density Office buildings. Ground floor is isolated from the negative effects of the road which produces noise and bad air quality by a green barrier. Pedestrian street on ground floor is continuous binding two different lot and defined by a shelter to provide a more human scale building. The building which is located on 200 meters long site is divided into smaller prismatic masses and these pieces have been highlighted by different textured facades with different materials. Natural light is provided through these cracks between divided pieces and terrace gardens is used as common spaces.
