The Partner Design team has created a Hygge style office for Itera. This is a comfort, moderateness and environmental friendliness, as well as combination of loft and eco-style.

The Ukrainian office of the Norwegian IT company Itera, specializing in the development of modern digital solutions and famous for the high quality of service and projects execution, is placed in the Premium A-Class Business Center with superlative views of the Dnipro River at Podil, the heart of the historic part of the city. Business Center Astarta is the most advanced and progressive building for office space renting. It has a convenient business infrastructure, three conference halls, a bank branch, a lobby, cafes, restaurants, parking lot and underground parking.

In the Client’s idea, the main features of the Norwegian headquarters were partially realized in Kiev office: Scandinavian style and moderateness, eco-style, use of corporate graphite, red and turquoise colors. The office is designed for 200 employees, so an important task for designers-architects was to organize and work out the right and comfortable system of premises for such a large number of people. The features include 9 open space zones, 30-seated classroom for courses and trainings, meeting room and other office amenities like a kitchen and coffee-points.

The interior was decorated with wooden panels, gypsum 3D panels, stabilized moss, photo wallpapers with Scandinavian landscapes. The walls and ceilings were painted in white to fill the interior with light and ease. It has allowed to get the best of the monolith- frame system of the building, and to highlight its columns in the interior by the contrast. And now the concrete columns create the necessary effect without breaking the design concept.

The additional interior accents are all metal details and elements, aluminum profiles of glass partitions and lounge areas painted in graphite. Meanwhile, the corporate red visually brings out all doors of the meeting rooms, which helps to point up them from other premises. Lighting plays the essential role in the interior. The lighting design lies in modification of space according to Client’s requirements. Lighting systems solutions go hand in hand with the whole design of the office.
