The relationships between work spaces, leisure and rest are increasingly indispensable in corporate environments. Thinking about the importance of creating functional environments, adapted to the agile processes, effective communication and high productivity, was launched an architectural project aimed at creative production in an inspiring environment to promote individual and collective development.

The coffee space, a meditation terrace, games, a place to practice yoga, mini-golf and arena for events are some of the environments of Vivo Digital Labs, a digital space of 1500m2 for employees of the company in São Paulo. The project supports connectivity, mobility and healthy and sustainable sharing, which impel the experimentation of new possibilities and the development of activities in any time and space.

At the front door, visitors will be welcomed by Vivi, the virtual attendant, who has augmented reality and speech recognition technologies. Through a device, the visitor sends a message to the employee and informs that the visit has arrived.

The decompression area includes pool table, virtual reality videogame console, miniature golf, meditation room and yoga practice, as well as coffee room, and a fully automated garden with measurement of climatic conditions, humidity and characteristics of the soil and irrigation so that employees and visitors can harvest and make their own teas.

In the multipurpose arena, the ambience opens onto the garden terrace and games, and a main circulation establishes the transition between the view of the city and the working spaces, called Squads. The balance between the open plans and the acoustic partitions creates a new office concept, where the qualities of sharing and integration are associated with acoustic control and environmental comfort. Private spaces for strategic meetings and business are also part of the project. Equipped with videoconferencing equipment and room scheduling system through application, at the entrance doors.
