The largest tenant of the building dominated the look and feel of the entrance. In order to stimulate the letting of the office it was necessary to give the entrance area a multi-tenant character. In cooperation with the landlord and the anchor tenant of the building, DZAP has designed a new concept.

The outdated entrance has been completely transformed into a lively environment with a modern, but warm appearance. At the common hall a new reception desk and coffee bar has been realized, where guests can be received and where (informal) meetings can be held. Via an austere designed black staircase you will reach the 1st floor where a new company restaurant is realized for all tenants in the building, which is open all day.
