Czahary Educational Center is concept project of nature museum located in Poleski National Park, in eastern Poland.

It's main focus is to present and teach about vast swamp area to which it neighbors. National Park already has nature trail allowing to stroll through wetlands and forest, however new path opens completely new part of Park for visitors.

Wood and straw- these two materials were used in this lands for generations, but they were replaced by other, like concrete, steel and plastic. Nonetheless people want to go back to the tradition. We just simply feel better in cosy, wooden spaces. That's why I decided to design few simple buildings, reminding of traditional rural houses, made of wood and covered with thatch.
