After winning the competition for the design of two new main gates at the

Frankfurt fairgrounds, the architect proposed a complete redesign of all

guardhouses of the Frankfurt Trade Fair. Four different types of guardhouses

were developed, from the largest buildings to be situated at the main gates

to the smallest ones, a set of mobile sentry boxes for various events. All

buildings feature the same design principles and the same building

materials.
