Design Communications Ltd. (DCL) provided design-engineering, project management, custom fabrication, and installation of the Playhouse Square neighborhood revitalization in Cleveland, OH. From digital display kiosks, to exterior signage and a custom-built outdoor chandelier, DCL helped bring Barnycz Group's vision to life. The outdoor chandelier now holds a Guinness World Record for largest exterior chandelier.
