Haeundae, the best tourist spot, is a representative tourist spot in Busan, and despite its diverse culture and festivals, the lack of accommodations was gradually losing the competitiveness of the tourist city. The project, which began with various urban plans for its new appearance as a tourist destination, began with issues such as symbolism representing Haeundae, securing ocean views of all rooms and considering business feasibility. It had to meet the functions of the tourist city's recreation and lodging facilities.

High-rise buildings are emerging in Busan to secure competitiveness as an international maritime city. The project gave synergy to the creation of street scenery by raising the height of possible buildings according to its flow, and wanted to enhance its image as an international tourist city and its status as an international maritime luxury city.

In addition, the connection between Haeundae Beach Road and Haeundae Beach, low-rise neighborhood retail facilities connected to Haeundae traditional markets, and sufficient green space can provide a pleasant environment for pedestrians and contribute to revitalizing commercial districts.

Due to the conditions of the land close to Haeundae and the characteristics of commercial buildings, the hotel was planned to maximize the utilization of the land and provide a view of the ocean through the installation of balconies in all rooms. This minimizes the difference in views between rooms. As a result, guests can experience the ocean directly.

The exterior of the building was inspired by a white exterior reminiscent of the white sand of Haeundae Beach.

Considering the characteristics of the target area adjacent to Haeundae, guests and visitors can have a special experience by creating various themes event venues on the rooftop and inside and outside of the building.
