Loods K was a mobilization hangar at Fort Altena in the Netherlands providing storage for jeeps and other equipment, which has been converted into an event venue holding weddings and variety of conferences. Many of these events have been interrupted by the unpleasant draught, therefore the owner Brabants Landschap launched a contest to find the best way to resolve the issue. which was awarded to Koen van Heeswijk and Joris Hoogstede from Heeswijk Architecten in Eindhoven. After renovation, Loods K is now completely isolated, offering a magnificent view thanks to the folding glass facade of 40 meters.
