This project was part of a 2010 event called "Casa Decor" in Madrid. Casa Decor is an architecture and interior design fair that gives opportunity to many professionals and companies to create, in a month, interior design spaces of a completely empty building.

This bathroom project is called "Somos lo que comemos"; being the project for the bathroom of the Casa Decor restaurant, the idea was to create a sort of virtual extension of the restaurant itself, totally built with elements inspired to the kitchen.

The taps, inspired by those that are used in fish shops to wash the fish, have been created with elements of traditional house showers ; the lamps of the cabins are made of appropriate, adapted drainer, the cabin door with screen printed cutlery and a large spoon as a handle to the main bathroom entry.

"Somos lo que comemos" is also a kind of digestive system, where everything is mixed with everything: "Each day we drink people, devour emotions and chew lifes. Convulsively. What in other times we lived in years, now has been consumed in a few minutes. Here we have a mixture of experiences where everything is mixed with everything. Also and above all in the space of a bathroom. Definitely, we are what we eat.”
