The structural system is a combined wall and frame system, which provides super strength to the building and makes it akin to a fortress.

False glass was used on the facades to mask the load-bearing walls of the building, which are around the perimeter.

The most basic cladding material is Petersen brick, which, among other things, also contributes to the fact that the building grows in price faster and longer than its neighbors

The courtyard is completely closed. Includes areas for preschool children, teenagers, a sports area for adults. Also a barbecue area and lots of open space.

The residential complex has 24 large terraces on the second and third floors. 7 of which are for commercial purposes and 17 terraces are adjacent to 16 apartments.
