Escazu Village Tower is located along the Jose Maria Castro Madriz Highway and built on a prime site in the San Jose suburb of Escazu. This contemporary 11-story tower is skinned with a curtain wall glazing system with blue-green tinted glass. Ground-level retail and restaurant space at the building’s base opens onto a large pedestrian entry plaza on the north, a lushly landscaped park space on the east, and is visually connected to the adjacent Escazu Village retail center to the south.
