The beneficiaries are a young couple passionate about outdoor activities and animal lovers, who wanted an arrangement with natural influences and lot of functionality. We have taken into account in our design their necessity for full-time work from home and the creation of an ideal space for the two cats. The interest in nature, the light and the furniture with a natural wood appearance have shaped an image where practicality favors all the inhabitants of the apartment.

The layout was taken over at an early stage, being located in a residential complex, which in May 2020 was under construction. We didn't make any partitioning changes, but we adjusted the installations and the electrics so that they favor and support the proposed layout.

The beneficiaries wanted us to offer them appropriate solutions for their lifestyle together with their two cats in which a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere prevails, all of them on the border between nature and functionality, fully enjoying the superb landscape they benefit from the apartment. The furnishing is in a modern style balanced by strong Scandinavian accents such as the use of oak wood, a finish that is ubiquitous throughout the home.

The whole concept started from the superb view that conquered us from the first moment, as well as from the wishes and needs of the beneficiaries, where the passion for nature and the abundant vegetation around the complex completes the functionality.
