Project Year:2022
Category:Apartments
The concrete frame building consists of four apartments over two levels of offices. Each apartment is designed to optimize the winter sun and westerly summer breeze facilitated through operable, glazing shaded with perimeter balconies. All the primary spaces of the apartment faces southwest. Aluminum Composite Panels [ACP] placed diagonally along the balconies serve as additional shading that protect undesired solar exposure while still opening the apartments to winter sunlight and views. These diagonal shading panels are integral part of the building’s architectural identity.
The glass and metal facade due to its reflective qualities changes color from morning to evening.
