Complete renovation of a penthouse apartment in the centre of Madrid.

It is a privileged space due to its location, its spaciousness, and its views and luminosity. It has a large terrace for private use on the roof of the building, whose union with the house is one of the conditioning factors of the action, which is resolved by means of a new open staircase from the main hall.

The distribution is resolved with diaphanous spaces that allow maximum use of these exceptional conditions.
