The building is in one of the trendiest and in further development areas of the city of Lisbon.

It is a property of essentially industrial characteristics, having housed in its origin a foundry, later the building was occupied by a car dealership where the workshops operated.

The philosophy of intervention was based on the maintenance of the exterior creating a surprise effect with a contemporary intervention in the interior.

The creation of bodies that swing through the large atrium of the building allows to breathe the central nucleus of great historical value that is assumed as the central element of the intervention.

The entrance atrium distributes to three distinct zones: the historical nucleus, called by the occupant as "Forum", an auditorium that is located with great presence inside the atrium, and finally to the work zones.

The work areas occupy the largest area of the office. They are developed horizontally, on three floors, with vertical communication atriums. The introduction of natural light in the spaces through large skylights along the bodies of the building guarantees the adequate environmental quality, which together with the opening of spans in the bottom of the corridors, eliminates the sensation of interior space.

The building is endowed with a large social area, where the bar / cafeteria assumes the main role. This space is completed by an exterior balcony on the first-floor level.

In the spaces of triple highs was placed the library obtaining a decorative characteristic with enormous presence, remembering that the user is located in an office of lawyers where the law reigns.

The use of materials with steel, glass and concrete, together with the traditional wood and carpet, so common in the offices, allowed the creation of an image appropriate to the concept of industrial rehabilitation.
