The project is developed as a rectangular building isolated within the plot and on four floors above ground for housing and one below ground for parking, storage rooms and utility rooms. 

The duplex type dwellings are grouped around four vertical communication axes in which there is an elevator and stairs; the elevator serves four dwellings per floor in nuclei 1, 2 and 3 on the ground and fourth floors, and in nucleus 4 only two dwellings per floor. 

Likewise, the elevator also provides access to the parking floor below ground level. The staircase also serves as access to the dwellings and the garage, and also as an evacuation element.
