The B&B Italia Contract Division has been awarded the supply of furniture for the Bvlgari Hotel in Beijing, which was recently inaugurated in the heart of the exclusive embassy district of the Chinese capital. Designed by the Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel studio, the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing has 120 rooms and suites, as well as Il Ristorante - Niko Romito, a bar, a private park, a spa area with swimming pool and a large banquet hall. B&B Italia will provide special editions of the B&B Italia, Maxalto and Outdoor collections for the rooms, suites and public areas, as well as custom furnishings for the latter.

This project pursues the sound collaboration between the Contract Division of B&B Italia and the Bvlgari Hotel & Resorts group, started in 2000 with the first Bvlgari Hotel in Milan and followed by the Bvlgari Hotel in London, which will soon be further reaffirmed with the Bvlgari Hotel in Shanghai.  

The iconic Italian jewelry house opened an extravagant new hotel in Shanghai in June 2018. Designed by Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the hotel has 82 rooms and suites, a spa and indoor pool, yoga and Pilates studios, a Workshop Gymnasium,​ and a variety of dining options. As with all of Bulgari’s hospitality endeavors, it is destined to become a vibrant part of the city’s social fabric, where sophisticated locals mix with well-heeled travelers.​
