This is a LEED Silver building on Maryland's Eastern Shore. Greg Torchio offers a very unique perspective of being the owner, architect and builder of this award winning green building.

The upper most of the buildings three floors is home to the architects office while the ground floor is offices and the lower level, a yoga studio. The building is intended to better educate clients, design and construction professionals as well as the community about the importance of green building. The building also exemplifies how a modern buidling can relate to the contect of a historic town through the use of scale, materials and its relationship to the street.
