The sales office for Absolut real Estate is located in the South-West of Moscow, 10 minutes from the Rasskazovka metro station, on the territory of the 3rd stage of the Peredelkino Blizhne residential complex and has a secure parking for visitors.

The basis of the object's composition is a triangular two-story volume. Its facade seems to be united in a single structural three-dimensional grid of rhombuses based on the color palette of "chameleon". Supporting part of the building is a metal frame. The roof of the sales office is flat and unused. Main entrance part of the building, oriented to Boris Pasternak street, is decorated with panoramic windows, which allows you to observe the progress of construction of the residential complex.

The first floor of the sales office is divided into client areas and a back office designed exclusively for employees. At the same time, client areas include a reception, a two-color waiting area designed as an amphitheater, a VR room and a coffee point. A spacious children's room is provided for young visitors. On the second floor of the office there are meeting rooms, as well as showrooms of apartments with finishing.
