The 115m² project is located in Vila Olímpia, an upscale neighborhood of São Paulo, Brazil. It was developed for a 26-year-old nursing student who has a Chihuahua puppy. She has a young spirit, likes parties, traveling and inviting friends to socialize at home. In addition, she is a Legos collector who brings her trips, all of which represent a postcard of the visited place.

The client has a romantic and classic style, but also has a modern side. He wanted to give the property a makeover and made a special request, which would be worked on colors, especially pink, which gained a super highlight with the inclusion of the Saccaro sofa and shared space with the blue bookcase.

The apartment is large, the living room spacious and with a beautiful view, as it is on the 36th floor. With the initial layout, the room had a lot of sunlight, which hindered watching television. The architect then decided to place the television on a suspended panel, so that the client could watch it more comfortably, in addition to enjoying the view. The distribution of the room was also not pleasing, so a new layout project for the environment was thought, placing the dining table closer to the suite.

The covering materials were chosen based on the customer's style and needs. The dark-toned gloss wood panels at the entrance of the apartment, near the stairs, bring a classic feel, in addition, the blue wooden bookcase is highlighted by the color, contrasting with the wood, as the bookcase has a footprint more cool.

The room also gained amplitude with the integration of the balcony, which received a space for the client to work and study. In addition, a Christie Móveis mirror was kept in the environment, very special for the client.
