The Helen Dowling Institute is a non-profit organization working in the field of psycho-oncology, providing therapy for cancer patients and their relatives. Their new home base is located in the forest near Bilthoven, right next to Utrecht.

This building, designed by KOW architects, has become a very elegant and comforting "healing environment" for its clients and an inspiring and energizing work environment for its therapists, researchers, and staff. The entire project was realized via fund-raising and was completed in early 2013.
