As the essence of the Del’s Industrial Area, this building originally built in 1888 has been restored and retrofitted to be the Hotel Del’s Facilities Offices and rentable conference center space. Although this project completely changed the use and original configuration, several historic elements have been protected in place and showcased: such as fire doors, switch gears, salt pit, brick tunnels, among other things. This remodel includes a unique co-working space & conference rooms that still embrace original elements of the building from the Industrial Era. These areas are accessible to the hotel’s guests.
