Located in the City of Franklin, Ovation is a 147-acre mixed-use development with 17.6 acres dedicated to the East End Campus. East End is a creative office campus within Ovation designed to promote efficiency as well as a sense of community. East End will consist of four office buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet, outdoor green space and two parking garages. The heart of East End is a large, 80,000-square-foot activated outdoor space ideal for a wide range of activities, from outdoor meetings to casual interactions, to a round of corn hole. Continuous floor-to-ceiling glass windows and carefully positioned balconies over-looking the central green constantly connect occupants to the out-of-doors.

Mars Petcare occupies two buildings, totaling 230,000 square feet with a 1,300-car precast parking garage. The two Mars buildings are joined by an enclosed connector to allow for easy movement and collaboration between both buildings.

Mars Petcare's space was envisioned as an inviting, energetic, and pet-friendly workplace focused on flexibly and a variety of dynamic environments. The design introduces to Mars’ culture a combination of private. semi-private, and open meeting spaces with everything from a single-person phone room, open booths for small groups, café seating, to training rooms that seat 60+ people. This abundance of collaboration space allows Associates to choose whatever space type best suits their working style to work smarter and collaborate more effectively.
