Our office is designed according to the principles of Activity Based Work and WELL.

Using only a third of the square footage for 'traditional' work benches, the space has variety of environments that can be utilized for different tasks and events for example;

- Set up as a cafe, a large flexible space can be converted into an event space for town halls, presentations and 'fire side' chats. The 15 foot island allows for large team meals or acts as a large bar for events.

- Three small and soundproof workrooms. Two are equipped with sit-stand desks for quiet focused work. The other allowing employees to have a one-on-one private meetings or to take a private call.

We rethought the traditional boardroom table and designed a meeting room with a large round table. The concept was to remove the idea of hierarchy in the boardroom, encouraging users to feel that can equally contribute to a meeting.

Biophilic elements sprinkled around the workspace have a positive impact on both our well being and energy.

Located a two minute walk from St Andrews subway station, the office also has a high walk score.
