Recently all traines which were following through ukrainian territory even transit one from Moscow to Sevastopol were canceled. The only way to leave the peninsula by train and reach Moscow is crossing Crimea to the East by car or bus, then taking a ferry to the land part of Russia with a train to Moscow after. As a cargo trains are also not allowed to enter Crimea from Ukraine, there is a problem with provisions delivery in peninsula. A big queues on the car road checkpoints in the border exacerbates the problem with a lack of essential goods. For now infrastructure is not ready to provide all products from land Russia by the Kerch straight. So Crimean citizens feel the certain deficit.
Appearing of new borders between Crimea peninsula and Ukraine not only complicates movement but in this case make impossible for certain part of people to get from one side to another at all. Those Crimean citizens who changed their passports from Ukrainian to Russian cannot cross the border anymore, as Ukrainian border service doesn’t allow to do it according to the Ukrainian law.
