Architecture-nature integration, low budget and passive bioclimatic are the main topics of the projects.

The tropical theme of the wide covering is always present in the houses.

As Simon Velez writes: "In a country where it rains all the times, it is necessary to build roofs with large overhangs, as in the architecture of China and Indonesia".

Due to the centrality of the sacred space, with its radial, fan-shaped symmetry that opens 180 degrees towards the magical landscape, the Mocoa house is in direct dialogue with the nearby lake, with the lush vegetation and the typical fauna of the area.

The external ambulatory (with the hammocks) extends all around the main house. The generous corbel has the function of poetically connecting the central heart of the house with the surrounding environment and protect it from the rain and the strong tropical sun.

As time goes on, the architecture will lose importance and leave relevance to the natural elements. These are spaces that breath, where to enjoy the company of friends in an atmosphere of relax.

They accomodate the flow of air, flowers, palm trees, small birds, butterflies. It is a "living architecture" that develops over time and aims to integrate with discretion into the specific tropical ecosystem.
