These 28 dwellings and a shop fit into a heterogeneous environment by relying on setbacks and ledges on the façade, delicate hooks placed on the existing building and different façade materials. The long façade facing the street, divided into three spans, restores a Parisian scale to the project, while the of hollows and solids of 6th and 7th floors outline the houses on the roof and terrasses. Two materials dominate on the façade, anodized aluminum color and smooth white plaster of Paris. They compose an alternating gray and white checkerboard façade on the street. The plaster, like the aluminum siding with its fine vertical undulations are installed on an exterior insulator and embellishes the façade thanks to the varied reflections of light according to the position of the sun. The majority of the apartments are dual-aspect and on the courtyard side, broadly open views from the East side of Paris from third floor; while on the street side, the views are enhanced by the presence of beautiful trees. Each apartment possesses a loggia whose privacy is ensured by sliding metal screens.
